Responsibilities:

User Requirement Analysis and Solution Provision:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, particularly the Sales Operations team, to understand user requirements and technology needs within retail stores.
Provide expert advice and implement solutions to address user requirements and improve store operations.
Technology Integration and Troubleshooting:
